  • ABA therapy, or Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, is based on the principles of learning and behavior.

ABA therapy involves systematically applying interventions to improve socially significant behaviors. These interventions are tailored to the individual's needs, focusing on areas such as communication, social skills, academic skills, and daily living skills.

The therapy is highly individualized, with interventions designed based on thorough assessments of the individual's strengths, areas of growth, and specific goals. A qualified and trained professional leads ABA therapy sessions. Sessions may take place in various settings, including home, school, or clinical environments.

ABA therapy aims to enhance an individual's quality of life by promoting positive behaviors, independence, and functional skills. It is widely recognized and recommended as an effective intervention for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders.
